		<description><![CDATA[It all comes back to employment. Unless commercial real estate guys start dropping the prices to the vacant buildings all over the place - no one can afford to run a business in these times at &lt; $1.00 sq ft. here in California. So not many new jobs are going to open up.

I&#039;d stay conservative as well. The market will advance before the overall numbers show it on paper - but it should be a long slow road back. The only &#039;wild card&#039; would be new technology or consumer trends that could push things along faster.]]></description>
